Underlayments

Underlayments RoofTopGuard RKW has two decades experience in manufacturing roof underlayments.

RKW underlayment is a four-layer laminate comprising of an upper layer of low density polyethylene (LDPE), a second layer of high density polyethylene (HDPE) fabric, a third layer of LDPE and a base layer of a non-woven fabric which absorbs any condensation water.

RKW underlayment is excellent for use with metal roofs and with roofs made of concrete and tile. The product is UV-stabilized and contains anti-ageing compounds and is guaranteed for 10 years.

The universal properties for RKW underlayment are:

to prevent the ingress of windblown rain or snow from damaging roof constructions and insulations below
to serve as an essential part of the roofing system
to serve as a temporary roofing cover during construction
to serve as a safety "net"
